Account Director — Fully Remote (AU Only) | $120K–$140K Base + OTE (Must have Website experience)

We’re hiring an Account Director who wants the number. Someone who can live in the space between strategy and delivery, and make it sing.

- Monday: Kickoff with a new CMO, set the growth thesis, lock the success metrics, map the first 90 days.
- Wednesday: QBR with a scaleup, CRO wins, SEO momentum, a care plan uplift you’ll turn into a current project brief.
- Friday: Review creative and backlog in ClickUp, tighten scope with the PM, log two expansion opps in HubSpot because the story is there and the timing is right.

What you’ll own

- A portfolio of growth-stage accounts and the revenue that comes with them.
- Onboarding, renewals, QBRs, and the expansions that make NRR climb.
- The bridge between delivery and outcomes: PMs, offshore squads, tickets → results.
- The client narrative: why this sprint, this experiment, this change equals pipeline.

- Have 3+ years owning and growing post‑sale revenue (not a passenger, a driver).
- Familiar with web builders, SEO, CRO, lifecycle, and can translate tech to board‑level value.
- Run clean rhythms in HubSpot and ClickUp ; keep promises tight and visible.
- Coach well, communicate calmly, and insist on outcomes over activity.
