Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a vital role in shaping the organizational programs and collaborating with key stakeholders to build trust, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive management of absenteeism, performance, and employee relations case management
* Handling sensitive grievances and conducting complaint investigations
* Contributing to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, strategies, and initiatives
* Providing coaching and advice to stakeholders on HR-related matters
* Facilitating inductions for new employees
* Establishing and maintaining key relationships
* Championing the company culture and driving employee engagement
Requirements:
* Qualification in Human Resources (highly desired)
* Broad range of generalist HR experience within a high-volume environment
* Experience in navigating HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and leaders
* Strong attention to detail and ability to critically analyze information
* Capacity to apply emotional intelligence in various interactions
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
