We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive cost estimates across the project lifecycle.
* Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes.
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
* Monitor project costs, assess variations, and manage contractual claims.
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
* Identify potential risks, propose alternatives, and drive value-engineering opportunities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field/equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control.
* Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in cost estimating software (Buildsoft preferred) and MS Office Suite.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
