Due to our extended trading hours, we are seeking chefs of all levels — including Head Chef, Chef de Partie, Cooks, and more. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook all dishes to a high standard, including seasonal menus and specials
* Work efficiently with pans, grills, and fryers during service
* Ensure ingredient quality and precise measurements
* Deliver consistently high-quality dishes and a positive guest experience
* Maintain excellent food presentation and portion control
* Manage mise en place and run your section independently
* Uphold Lyra's values of excellence, sustainability, and innovation
* Assist in the development and execution of menus inspired by modern Greek techniques
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a cook or chef in a similar high-paced hospitality environment
* Strong knowledge of food prep, cooking techniques, and presentation standards
* Passion for creating delicious, high-quality food
