Responsibilities
* Lead the Projects & Innovation function across NSW Motorways, setting the commercial strategy and sponsoring complex projects that leverage data and insights to optimise motorway and tolling assets, systems and services across their lifecycle. This includes driving operational readiness and transition programs, ensuring new and transferred assets are seamlessly integrated into operations while delivering strong commercial, operational and customer outcomes.
* Provide strategic advice on investment proposals, commercial initiatives and emerging mobility and pricing innovations, using robust analysis, business cases and risk assessments to inform executive decision-making. Oversee toll revenue, operating expenditure and lifecycle investments, ensuring value for money and long-term network performance.
* Work across a broad stakeholder landscape, leading complex commercial, contractual and procurement responses, whether infrastructure, technology, operations or communications, while ensuring alignment with governance and government requirements.
* Build a high-performing team and foster a problem-solving culture built on innovation, accountability and continuous improvement, positioning the function as a trusted centre of commercial and project expertise.

About You
You are an experienced senior leader with a strong background in commercial strategy, project delivery or asset/investment management within infrastructure, transport or a regulated environment. You bring deep financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in business cases, asset management, revenue analysis and investment decision-making.
You have a proven track record in leading complex projects or asset transitions, and you're confident providing strategic advice on high-value, high-risk initiatives. You're comfortable balancing innovation and commercial outcomes with governance and public accountability, and you bring a strong analytical mindset to solving complex problems.
You're an influential communicator who builds strong relationships across stakeholders and leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes. With a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, you bring the leadership skills to uplift capability and drive performance across a complex and evolving portfolio.
