The Project Administrator plays a key role in delivering high-level administrative support to the designated area, store, team, or branch.
This role involves managing site mobilisation requirements, including accurate timesheet entry and induction coordination.
Additionally, you will provide high-level administrative support across designated areas, stores, teams, and branches.
You will also coordinate team logistics, such as rosters, training matrices, and departmental audits (Safety, Quality, CPS, CC).
Furthermore, this role entails overseeing work order administration, labour tracking, purchase orders, and warranty claims.
Maintaining inventory control, including safety gear (PPE), uniforms, and office supplies is another important aspect of this role.
Delivering outstanding customer service, liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely payments is essential.
Supporting various branches and locations with additional administrative tasks as required is also a responsibility of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Strong administrative skills with at least 2 years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication—interpersonal, written, and verbal
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Advanced computer literacy—proficiency in MS Office and internet-based applications
* High attention to detail and ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
* Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
