Nomad Melbourne is looking for an outstanding Pastry Chef who has some experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern innovative food. You: Minimum 3-4 years experience in a professional environment Able to work 5 days across a 7 day operation Must have relevant culinary qualifications e.g. Certificate IV in Patisserie or trade experience equivalent Strong baking and patisserie skills Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate Confident with strong time management & the ability to work closely with other sections in a team focus environment.
