* Greet customers at the office
* Handle and respond to phone and email enquiries
* Provide administrative assistance to both the Property Management and Sales Departments
* Acknowledge and follow up with clients on various matters
* Manage inspection software
* Assist agents with inspections when required
Support will be provided from all levels of the organisation, drawing upon the wealth of knowledge available.
