SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a **Full Time Duty Manager** to join the team in **Melbourne Airport.**The is a fixed term opportunity, finishing up in January 2026.
As a Duty Manager, you will provide day-to-day operational support for our frontline team and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- People and performance management including daily mentoring and coaching for the frontline team to maximise and drive sales
- Maintaining a strong and positive focus on customer services to manage conflict and resolve customer concerns
- Achieving targets and KPIs, and delivering high audit and compliance standard for the business
- Reporting and daily fleet management
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
- Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
- Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays
- Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
