We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Karratha.
The successful applicant must be well presented, have the ability to think on their feet whilst working in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent sales and customer service for clients. Confidence in offering products and services to clients both face-to-face and over the phone is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete customer rental agreements and other documentation.
* Handle and reconcile cash transactions.
* Possess intermediate computer knowledge.
* Assist clients with vehicle collection, return and inspection.
* Hold a current 'unrestricted' manual driver's licence.
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service.
* Eager to learn and flexible with days and hours including weekend work and early morning starts.
