Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the management of our distribution centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, driving safety, operational performance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safety Leadership: Leading safety as a core value across the site, including the yard and operations
* Performance Metrics: Achieving cost, KPI, and service metrics
* Productivity Optimisation: Optimising service levels, productivity, and cost reductions
* Team Management: Managing a small, agile team with a focus on coaching, development, and performance
* Customer Relationships: Handling calls from sales and customers, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and 3PL transport providers
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in supply chain, warehouse, and distribution management. A background in WMS systems (SAP/ERP) is highly regarded, along with knowledge of lean management, Chain of Responsibility (COR), and load restraint regulations.
Requirements:

* Supply Chain Experience: Experience in supply chain, warehouse, and distribution management
* WMS System: Background in WMS systems (SAP/ERP)
