Sales Transformation Specialist

The sales organization is responsible for driving Workforce Transformation strategy and engagement. This team is at the forefront of driving the future of work and new hybrid working practices with some of Australia's largest Commercial and Government customers. We lead the engagement and thought process around AI implementation and strategy in the commercial client PC segment. Additionally, we put compelling technology in the hands of our customers that delights them as much as making them productive.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the Client Solutions and AI strategy and develop relationships and sales strategies to best support our customers.
* Engage with both existing retention accounts and exciting new pursuits of acquisition customers.
* Increase revenue growth, Client Solutions share, and provide thought leadership to ensure customers' overall experience is extraordinary.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of relevant industry experience in a sales capacity.
* Ability to engage and influence senior executives at customer sites and at Dell Technologies.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt while fostering partnerships with customers.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong financial and business acumen.
