In this role you will p romote lean and agile ways of working to support the delivery of projects and product initiatives, from concept through to strategy, implementation and continuous improvement, to meet organisational objectives within a hybrid of traditional and agile frameworks .Day to day responsibilitiesFacilitating Scrum events like daily standups, sprint planning and reviews, within the ART Leadership Team Conducting Maturity assessments to identify the health of multi-disciplinary products teamsRun retrospectives, and leveraging data to ensure a continuous improvement delivery environment is achievedEnsure the teams adhere to Scrum / Kanban principlesRemoving impediments that hinder progress, coaching teams on Agile practices, and collaborating closely with the Product Owner to maintain a prioritized product backlog What you will bring to this roleProven experience in coaching to create an outcome-focused product roadmap, gather customer insights, and define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for customer-centric product design and deliveryExperience in guiding cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, executing product strategy,validatingfeatures, and fostering organisational understanding of user-centred delivery approachesExperienceon advising as well as implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for product delivery teams to increase efficiency,complianceand general delivery maturityProvenexperience collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and implementing Agile-driven process improvements for increased productivity andoptimalservice delivery Essential Requirements Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated equivalent experienceAI Statement The NSW Government is committed to ensuring the safe, ethical, and responsible deployment of AI across NSW.
