Job Title: Dedicated Patient Companion
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide social support and companionship to patients undergoing haemodialysis treatment.
* Foster meaningful connections through engaging conversations, reading aloud, and exploring online resources together.
* Assist with mealtime, providing comfort and helping patients navigate technology such as iPads and Wi-Fi.
* Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive information shared by patients or staff.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
