We've recently expanded our OT services across both Townsville and Woolgoolga, and we're on the lookout for the right OT to join our growing team!
The Role:
* As an Occupational Therapist with TPM, you'll work across a varied caseload, supporting NDIS participants and private clients with:
* Functional Capacity Assessments
* Assistive Technology & Home Modification Assessments
* SIL/SDA reports
* Goal Planning and Therapy Interventions
* Community visits and in-clinic appointments
* Collaborative care with our multi-disciplinary team
* Flexibility – full-time or part-time hours available
* Structured mentorship and ongoing professional development
* Supportive and innovative team culture
* Admin support so you can focus on what you do best

About You:
* AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (new grads welcome to apply!)
* Passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful goals
* Strong communication and report-writing skills
* Open to learning, growing, and being part of a values-driven team
* Must have or be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
* Driver's license required for community visits
