**About the Position**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Retail Store Manager** to join the team at our client's beautiful boutique store in **Pacific Fair, Gold Coast**. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory, implementing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets.
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Experience within a Retail Management position or similar role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing a team of sales associates.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach to the retail industry.
- Experience managing stock and creating an inviting store with exciting visual merchandising.
