Join Gidgee Healing — an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service delivering holistic, culturally safe care across North West Queensland. We're seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to provide high-quality, client-centred therapy supporting individuals and families to improve physical wellbeing and function.
About the Role
* You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary Allied Health team to:
* Deliver assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation programs for clients with acute and chronic conditions.
* Undertake outreach visits to remote communities as required.
* Collaborate with other health professionals to deliver integrated, culturally responsive care.
* Support capacity-building initiatives for community and clinical staff.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement.

About You
* You are a compassionate and adaptable professional who thrives in a team environment. You will bring:
* Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
* Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, or chronic disease management.
* Strong cultural awareness and commitment to working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
* Current driver's licence and ability to travel to outreach locations.
