Financial Services Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering mortgage loan applications and preparing loan files for credit assessment.
You will also liaise with Mortgage Brokers to ensure accurate loan documentation and deliver a seamless service experience to our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting Brokers in structuring lending deals for best customer outcomes, handling and resolving customer enquiries and complaints professionally, and contributing to business improvement initiatives by participating in project working groups.
Key Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Experience preparing and managing loan documentation, with a solid understanding of retail lending and credit policy.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret financial statements and structure complex mortgage lending deals.
