An exciting opportunity to join NAB's Personal Banking Marketing team to define and deliver the consumer Credit Cards marketing strategy, aiming to meet key financial and customer targets aligned with the Consumer Finance strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop the marketing strategy for Credit Cards
2. Manage credit card propositions, segmentation, and go-to-market plans
3. Prioritize key initiatives for the delivery squad

Role Expectations
As a Senior Consultant, Segment Lead, you will join the Personal Banking Marketing team focused on speed and simplicity. Your daily tasks will include:
* Understanding customer segments and business challenges in the portfolio
* Developing and owning acquisition and engagement marketing plans to meet business metrics
* Aligning with the overarching Consumer Finance segment strategy
* Leading marketing efforts for new product launches
* Driving engagement, usage, and retention through key initiatives
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of strategic marketing experience
* Experience in banking and financial services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively
* Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
* Leadership skills to guide teams
* Knowledge of financial products and services
