We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Architect who thrives on detail, documentation, and leading from the front, to join an award-winning boutique firm in the heart of Surry Hills. This role will see you taking ownership of several community-focused projects that need a steady, experienced hand – someone who can take the design all the way from end to end across the project and pay great attention to detail. The studio is design-led but grounded in delivery – they care about the detail as much as the big ideas. These community centres require someone who can work through construction details, coordinate confidently with consultants, and keep everything on track from DD to delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead documentation and delivery of community projects • Prepare and review construction details and documentation packages • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders throughout delivery • Liaise with builder as required during CA • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations About You • 6 years of experience, ideally with community, education, or civic projects • Excellent technical and documentation skills • ArchiCAD proficiency • Comfortable running projects independently • Able to manage timelines, drawing packages, and consultant coordination About the Studio Situated in a sunny office in Surry Hills, this team of 12 produce award-winning designs across the Multi-Residential and Community building space, often competing in Design Competitions.
