Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fixed plant and infrastructure shutdown projects in Mackay. In this role, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle from planning and execution through to close-out, while collaborating closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Full Project Lifecycle Management:Lead planning, execution, and close-out of shutdown projectsDevelop Scopes of Work, Work Breakdown Structures, and project definition documentsPrepare project budgets, costing sheets, and forecastsCollaborate with commercial teams during tendering and contract managementMonitor project progress using project tracking toolsOversee contractors and ensure compliance with quality and safety standardsConduct project close-out activities, including lessons learned and final handoversTake full ownership and accountability for project outcomes
