We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Housekeeping Team Leader to join the team at Port Stephens Council’s Shoal Bay Holiday Park.Reporting to the Assistant Manager, this hands-on role plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the park. Internally the official title of this position is Guest Services Housekeeping Team Leader.This is a permanent opportunity – working part-time working 60 – 76 hours per fortnight, over 7 days!Base Hourly Rate Range: $33.38 - $37.89 per hour + 11.5% superannuation + $1,312 retention allowance + adverse working conditions allowance + weekend penalty ratesYou will be working from Shoal Bay Holiday ParkSome of the key responsibilities within this role are listed below:Lead, support, and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards are met, while assisting Park Managers in achieving key operational goals.Assist with the general cleaning and presentation of park amenities and facilities, providing hands-on support and assisting grounds staff when needed.Carry out a range of administrative duties to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the park.We’re all about putting the right people, in the right role!
