National Sales Manager Job Opportunity
Eaton, a leading power management company, seeks an experienced National Sales Manager to lead its Circuit Protection and Controls (CPC) Component Sales Team for ANZ. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering profitable growth by developing and promoting solutions for specific channels, customers, and segments.
* Achieve sales targets through orders, sales, price, profitability, and growth.
* Manage CPC sales resources in ANZ, ensuring that direct reports are actively servicing existing customers and pursuing new business opportunities for Eaton.
* Provide guidance and leadership to direct reports, including talent development, annual performance reviews, and field-based support and coaching.
* Develop existing channel partners and identify opportunities for new ones in ANZ to achieve organizational growth targets.
* Influence key decision makers on the benefits of the Eaton Value Proposition.
* Provide training, presentation, and knowledge transfer to customers on all Eaton offerings.
* Profile target segments to identify synergy opportunities for all Eaton products and promote 'One Eaton'.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 to 5 years in a senior sales management role with 10+ years of experience in sales and product management within low voltage power distribution.
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of sales and product managers.
* Tertiary qualifications or a Technical Trade qualification within Electrical Engineering or Electrical.
