For Roofer Supervisor, Roofing Foreman to manage high-quality roofing installations for an established roofing business. A permanent full-time role Monday to Friday within a fast-growing roofing company in the north-western suburbs of Sydney.
- Requires: Trade qualification, current drivers licence, and proven supervisory experience in roofing.
- Salary guide: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum plus car, fuel, tolls, and bonuses.
- Location: north-western suburbs of Sydney.
Your normal day will involve:
- Leading and supervising roofing crews on-site throughout Sydney, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinating materials, project schedules, and liaising with clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Mentoring apprentices and junior roofers, fostering skill development and enforcing safety protocols.
- Resolving onsite issues promptly to maintain project timelines and customer satisfaction.
