About The RoleAs a Trainee Cert III Educator, you will be gaining on the job experience while you study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification. This traineeship opportunity is being offered as a 18 month contract position, working full-time, 38 hours per week with a rostered day off each month. This is a Max Term Full Time Role.
You will:
work as part of a team providing high quality early childhood education and care to children and support the implementation of an approved learning framework.
help to create a stimulating, positive environment to foster and support children's development (physical, social, emotional, language, creative and cognitive).
Work with a team of experienced educators who create an environment that ensures trust and security and provides flexible routines and smooth transitions.
About You
Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about working with young children
Self-motivated and committed to working and study at the same time
Have good relationship building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic computer skills
Must be 18 years of age and a right to work full time in Australia
Willing to commit to obtaining a Working with Children Check (NSW)
