About this Role
As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the Relationship Managers to provide exceptional service to business customers across Agribusiness channels. You will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of business customers, working closely with the Relationship Manager to deliver results.
Your Day-to-Day
* Work with the Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships and develop strategies to drive growth and retention.
* Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all interactions are in line with established service standards.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to Suncorp's policies and procedures.
* Analyse financial data and reports to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
* Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues related to your role responsibilities.
* Contribute to developing a positive and proactive Safety and Wellbeing culture.
* Engage in continuous learning and skill development to enhance performance and career progression.

* Demonstrated experience in roles requiring relationship management and customer growth.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
