We are looking for a well-presented individual who enjoys working with people to join our team as an Operations Support (Delivery Driver ) working from our Benalla showroom.
If you are someone who likes engaging with the public and enjoys being out on the road then this role could be suited to you. Our ideal candidate will also be flexible in their approach to work, possess a strong team and work ethic and must be prepared to participate in company training.
Duties include:
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicle
- Delivery and installation of large and small products into private customers homes and public/private health facilities
- Providing our customers with a good delivery and installation experience. You are the face of the business
- To provide a thorough setup and demonstration/education of products
- To ensure all necessary paperwork is exchanged, signed and dated
Our requirements
- Excellent communication with people from all walks of life
- A genuine desire to assist customers with empathy
- Previous technical experience is also an advantage
- Excellent Driver History Report
- Ability to work unsupervised, and collaboratively with your team
- A current Driver's Licence is essential for this position (provisional/learners licenses will not be accepted)
- National Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Covid-19 Vaccination (2 doses plus at least one booster)
- Proof Working Rights in Australia is required
