**About the Role**:
In the role of Customer Sales Administrator, you will be a key contact for the Area Managers, Customers, Carriers and Distribution Agents. This role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders within the customer's account and to provide a professional service throughout the customer's ongoing business requirements.
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with diverse groups of people and building positive relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make an impact in our growing business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively provide full customer account management / Administration
- Ensure that the customers collections are aligned to requested delivery dates.
- Provide after sales assistance, pricing
- Manage Service requests entry and resolution.
- Key contact and account management of the districts customers.
- Provide Area Manager Assistance
- Ensure delivery of the product is despatched in a timely manner
- Provide Administration Support to the Services Team, raising Supply Orders and processing invoices.
**Do you have a mixture of the following skills and experience?**
- Strong systems experience in Microsoft Applications, ERP (JDE) and CRM
- Ability to Problem Solve
- Ability to Manage Customer Difficulties
- Strong Interpersonal and communicative skills
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated, and able to cope with stressful situations
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- SAP experience highly desirable
