Key Responsibilities:
· Fabricate, cut, polish, and install stone benchtops to a high standard of quality and finish
· Manufacture and install natural stone and porcelain products, including benchtops, coping, step treads, and custom elements
· Carry out precise fabrication for high-end residential, commercial, and bespoke design projects
· Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate measurements and installation
· Operate and maintain stone fabrication machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
· Ensure all work meets quality standards, project requirements, and client expectations
· Maintain a high level of attention to detail in workmanship and finishing
· Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times, including safe manual handling practices
· Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively with team members when required
· Contribute creatively to custom and unique projects, offering practical solutions when needed
· Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including care of tools and equipment
To be considered for this role you must have:
· A minimum of 12 months' hands-on experience working as a Stonemason, with proven skills in stone fabrication and/or installation
· A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
· Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach to work
An attractive renumeration will be offered to the right candidate with a salary range of $72,000 to $82,000
