As Financial Controller, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team to support the resort's financial performance and commercial success.
You’ll lead the property’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and clear insights that support strategic and day-to-day decision making.

What you'll be doing:
Partner with the GM and leadership team to drive financial performanceCooperate with all departments, offering support on finance mattersDeliver financial reports for Accor and key stakeholdersLead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning with confidence and precisionOversee payroll operations, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and on timeProvide financial guidance on Management Agreements, Owners Corporation matters, and HMA obligationsShare insights with the leadership team to boost profitability and performance
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role:
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProfessional accounting qualification CA, CPA or equivalentTertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related disciplineHigh attention to detail, commercial mindset & strategic thinker Demonstrated success in a senior finance role within hospitality, hotels or a related industryKnowledgeable in accounting standards, compliance obligations, and statutory reportingProficiency in accounting and payroll systems; experience with Purchase Plus, Ready-Workforce, and Sun Systems is highly regarded
