Role Responsibilities Design, sequence, and manage training exercise Events, Incidents, and Inj ects using digital exercise planning tools Produce comprehensive supporting documentation using Defence systems and exercise planning software Deliver instruction and training on exercise planning, execution, and supporting systems Collaborate with Defence personnel to support and deliver exercises and activities as required Ensure all documentation is appropriately stored within Defence systems Provide expert advice and support for the development of exercise planning methodologies and requirements Conduct micro-planning for designated exercises and activities as directed by Defence staff Attend and contribute to planning and coordination confere nces Be prepared to assume Site Manager responsibilities for exercises and activities About YOU Minimum 7 years of military experience, with demonstrated leadership in training and exercise contexts In-depth knowledge of Littoral, amphibious, Battle group, and Brigade-level operations Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and familiar with Defence exercise planning systems Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire high performance Flexible and willing to t ravel and work extended hours when required to support training events across locations Why Cubic Defence Be part of a global mission that enhances defence readiness and operational capability Collaborate with dedicated professionals from military and technical backgrounds Access training and career development opportunities in a forward-thinking, mission-driven environment Competitive salary, benefits, and travel opportunities Ready to lead from the front and shape the future of military training?
