Customer service ambassador

We are seeking an experienced Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated individual who can effectively manage quieter periods while focusing on customer retention and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.


Your Day Will Consist Of

* Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
* Proactively engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to support the department

* A minimum two years' experience in a similar role_ Strong communication and organisational skills _A proactive approach with the ability to remain productive during quieter periods._ A high level of commitment and a strong work ethic.
