Our client is a Global Banking/Financial Services firm looking for an EA from a Corporate or Financial Services background for their Sydney office.
Reporting to the local Managing Director you will provide pro-active and professional administrative support to:
* Project /Structured Finance Teams
* Other Business Units as required
KEY ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Co-ordination of meetings with both internal and external parties.
* Diary management as agreed, to include the co-ordination of calendar invites, including their creation and distribution.
* Co-ordinating travel arrangements including domestic and international itineraries.
* Creation of presentations, agendas and papers, including committee/board papers.
* Reconciliation of expenses
* Co-ordination of updates to internal staff on regulations and procedures.
* Assisting with setting up meetings
* Covering reception.
* General Administration duties as needed.
KEY CHALLENGES AND INFLUENCES
* Pro-actively and efficiently managing a diverse workload across all of the internal and external relationships.
* Development and maintenance of an effective network with all internal and external relationships
* Working heavily on communicating any new regulations and procedures and meeting the deadlines.
YOU WILL POSSESS;
* Minimum 5 years' relevant experience from either a Corporate and a Financial Services background
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication (English grammar & diction), organisation, and time management skills.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Skilled in Outlook and Lotus Notes.
* Self-motivated, pro-active, confident, flexible, approachable, professional and team-oriented.

* Qualification in business administration looked upon favourably.
