Gorman, an Australian brand known for bold prints and artistic collaborations, is looking for a Store Manager to lead our store. The role requires a passion for style, strong team building, and the ability to bring the brand to life on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and develop the team to achieve their best.
* Drive sales performance and consistently exceed targets.
* Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience.
* Provide styling advice and build lasting customer relationships.
* Act as a brand ambassador and lead by example.
* Oversee visual merchandising and maintain a beautiful, on‐brand store.
* Manage store operations, administration and loss prevention.
* Support recruitment and build a positive, inclusive team.
Qualifications
* Experience as a retail manager with proven results.
* Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
* Love for the brand, fashion, styling, and self‐expression.
* Strong leadership and excellent organisational skills, with experience training team members.
* Motivational, initiative‐driven, and adaptable.
* Driven to grow with the company.
