Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. This position requires coordination and supervision of all on-site construction activities, as well as the administration of good construction safety practices.
This includes maintaining the highest level of quality, supervising trade and field personnel, and administering construction schedules to achieve timely project completion.
Maintaining a positive relationship with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders is also essential for this role.
* Certain responsibilities include coordinating material deliveries, scheduling inspections, and promoting job site safety.
* Additionally, the Construction Project Manager must be able to identify and solve problems, maintain accurate records, and communicate changes in schedule effectively.
Job Requisites:
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is also preferred.
A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills will thrive in this position.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities, are also necessary for success.

This position requires being onsite in Starbase, TX, and applicants must be able to perform physical tasks in tight quarters or at heights.
