Warehouse Logistics Coordinator
Troocoo is seeking a motivated and skilled professional to lead its supply chain strategy in southern Brisbane suburbs.
About the Role:
* Job Overview: To coordinate activities involved in raw material acquisition and delivery of finished goods, with focus on optimizing logistics and ensuring smooth inventory management.
* Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an effective supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and purchasing decisions.
2. Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure ongoing supply, and identify potential supply risks.
3. Maintain business reporting tools to highlight key metrics in the supply chain, and optimize logistics and transportation systems for inbound materials and dispatch of finished goods.
4. Organise inventory management to ensure sufficient stocks are maintained, and manage relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers.
5. Coach, mentor and develop the supply chain team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
* Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
