Project Coordinator Role
We require an individual with a proven track record of delivering mixed-use residential and commercial office developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring that activities comply with contract specifications and quality requirements.
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building or Quantity Surveying;
* A minimum of two years' experience working on commercial construction projects above $10 million in a similar role;
* Knowledge of tender processes and procurement practices;
* Financial acumen and understanding of construction costs;
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
In this capacity, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all project deliverables meet contractual obligations.
