The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) of Robert Bosch provides one of the most complete product portfolios globally. Our range includes Wipers, Batteries, Spark Plugs, Starter Motors and Alternators as well as Braking, Fuel Injection, Ignition and Diesel products. The Mobility Aftermarket division also encompasses the Bosch Service Centre network, which offers a complete range of diagnostic and repair services along with a wide range of spare parts.
Position responsibilities
- Establishing and nurturing solid business relationships with all key stakeholders (customers & internal)
- Developing sales plans to strategically grow business profitably, identifying new business opportunities within your defined KAM responsibility.
- Supporting the Independent After Market sales team in line with business strategy, sales plans, and targets
- Providing accurate forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on sales & account activities.
- Monitoring account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Total responsibility for the sales to the assigned Key Account Customer(s) - including activities using Business Unit plans, Customer Acquisition Projects, visit schedules, rebates, customer profiling, analysis, debt, and relationship management.
- Representing the company at industry events and meetings as required.
- Managing the policies, procedures and documentation of the Mobility Aftermarket division and company are strictly adhered to, including appropriate training is provided as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred or desirable.
- Significant experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in key account management of large complex customers.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM, sales management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self‐motivated, results‐oriented, and highly organised.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to attend trade shows and travel as required.
