Job Description:
* As a Delicatessen Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the deli department. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and community.
* You will have full accountability for maintaining excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
* Direct/indirect leadership experience as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
* Ability to drive a one-team culture which celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first
