The role of a Research Associate is centered around the production and quality control of kit components used in various scientific assays. This position requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under time pressures to meet shipping deadlines.

The primary responsibilities of this job include preparing and testing kit components, culturing cell lines, and assisting with procedure updates. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as science or biotechnology, is required. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a team environment, a high level of attention to detail, and sound analytical skills.

Additional qualifications include experience with antibody conjugation techniques, cell culture, protein chemistry, and immunoassay analytical techniques. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other software applications is also desirable.
