Bookkeeper Role
A key financial role that encompasses the management of operational finances, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
You will oversee bookkeeping tasks, contribute to financial reporting, and support cash flow management, thereby facilitating informed business decision-making.
* Manage accounts payable and reconciliations
* Prepare BAS, payroll, superannuation and PAYG reporting
* Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software
* Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
* Support cash flow management and budgeting
* Liaise with external accountants as required
* Provide financial insights to management
* Ensure accounting standards compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in an accounting role
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and problem-solving ability
* Strong communication skills
