Casual – Level 2 HIGA Award Pay Rates
$32.31 Monday-Friday
$38.78 Saturday
$45.24 Sunday
$64.63 Public Holidays
Meals & Accommodation : Only $150/week
Your Role Includes
Serving customers in the café, bar, and function areas
Taking food & drink orders, making coffees, mixing drinks
Short-order cooking and general food prep
Keeping the café and kitchen clean and well-stocked
Hosting tour groups for morning/afternoon tea
General cash handling and customer service
Assisting other departments as needed
About You
Experienced barista with strong café/front-of-house experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, bubbly personality with a team-player attitude
Able to thrive in a remote environment
Must hold (or be willing to get) an RSA and Food Handler’s Certificate
Ideally have your own car (flight/bus transport available)
