The role:
* Performing clinical care within scope of nursing practice, under the guidance of the Registered Nurse
* Offering frontline leadership and shift coordination to care staff, with support from the Registered Nurse
* Contributing to the development of resident care plans
* Medication, wound management, record keeping and documentation
* Building genuine relationships with the residents and their families, ensuring they are receiving the best possible care
About you:
* Current Enrolled Nurse qualification or equivalent
* Previous experience in Aged Care
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Residential Aged Care Facility nursing experience is highly desirable
* A passion for making a difference in seniors lives by empowering them, fostering their ability and independence
