Respect Aged Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at our St Johns facility in Wangaratta, VIC. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Assist with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, and mobility. Support residents with meals, feeding, and hydration. Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, and report any changes to the care team. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents. Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver individualised care plans. To be successful, you will need: A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification. A current National Police Check (or be willing to obtain one). A current NDIS Workers Check (or be willing to obtain one). Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and nights. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient attitude.
