Job Title: RTO Administration Manager
Description
This is a key role that oversees the day-to-day administration operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processes. You will champion student engagement and support, upholding compliance standards across nationally recognized training delivery.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Daily Administration Operations: Coordinate and support the admin team to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
2. Champion Student Experience: Oversee enrolment monitoring, course communications, confirmation documentation, and provide timely responses to student inquiries.
3. Compliance Leadership: Support the RTO Manager in maintaining compliance with the Standards for RTOs, ensuring data accuracy, validation documentation, and audit readiness.
4. Training Quality Oversight: Ensure delivery meets AQF levels and national training package requirements.
5. Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate student records, including AVETMISS reporting and USI verification.
6. Process Improvement: Identify and action improvements in administrative procedures and documentation.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with trainers, students, and clients to maintain a high-quality, responsive training environment.
Please note that travel may be required as part of this role. The frequency of travel will vary depending on student needs, and candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel as needed. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Requirements
* Knowledge of RTO Standards and the VET Quality Framework.
* A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
* Experience using Axcelerate.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
