The Opportunity
With strong momentum and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to help maintain that trajectory through accurate reporting and meaningful financial insights.
This is a high-impact role working closely with leadership, where you'll take ownership of the numbers end-to-end. From transactional accuracy through to delivering meaningful insights, you'll play a key role in supporting business decisions.
This isn't a purely reporting-focused position — you'll be in the detail, understanding the \"why\" behind the numbers and helping guide the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including reconciliations, invoicing, payments, and debt management
* Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and performance analysis, with clear insights for management
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting, including variance analysis and expense tracking
* Partner with the Finance Manager and wider business to provide financial insights and support decision-making
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a Management or Financial Accountant role
* Strong grounding in financial reporting and reconciliations
* Comfortable working hands-on and close to the detail
* Ability to translate financial data into clear, meaningful insights
* CA/CPA/ CIMA qualified or working towards (preferred)
* Strong Excel and systems capability
