About The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Senior Contract Director. This role requires strong judgement, attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities as well as the ability to lead by example with displaying our BIONIC (Believe It Or Not I Care) philosophy.
This role is based on-site at our Canberra office located on Moore St, with hybrid working arrangements considered for the right candidate following an initial period in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
Preparing briefing materials, reports, correspondence and other documentation accurately and in a timely and consistent format
Diary management
Screen and effectively manage incoming enquiries on behalf of the Senior Contract Director.
Develop and maintain best practice hardcopy/electronic filing systems and monitor the quality and consistency of soft copy filing using consistent filing conventions.
Exercise initiative and judgment with the preparation, collation and dissemination of relevant management documents, including internal reporting.
Demonstrate initiative in meeting the Senior Contract Directors expectations and ensure an efficient and coordinated working environment.
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Other duties as reasonably directed by the Senior Contract Director
To be successful you will have:
Demonstrated experience in an executive support role
Highly developed Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels within and outside the organisation.
A can-do attitude - someone who thrives in fast paced environments and takes pride in staying two steps ahead to keep things running seamlessly.
Strong attention to detail.
Adaptable to changing and competing priorities, with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
