About the Role
You'll work as part of a cohesive, supportive team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to major corporate accounts. This position offers exposure to sophisticated risks, strategic client management and the opportunity to further develop your technical broking capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and service a portfolio of large corporate clients
* Assist the Director with complex placements and renewal strategies
* Prepare submissions, quotes, reports and policy documentation
* Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers and stakeholders
* Provide technical broking support across a broad range of insurance products
* Identify opportunities to enhance coverage, improve client outcomes and add value
About You
We're looking for someone who brings strong broking capability and a proactive, client-first mindset.
You will ideally have:
* 3+ years Experience in corporate or commercial insurance broking
* Tier 1 in Insurance Broking (essential)
* Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills
* The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
* Confidence handling complex risks and large client portfolios
* A professional, solutions-focused approach
