Asset/Project Accountant Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset/Project Accountant to join our team.
About the Role
This is a vital role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our financial services. As an Asset/Project Accountant, you will be responsible for providing clear and user-friendly information between finance and operations.
You will assist in the preparation and delivery of timely and accurate financial and management accounting information, ensuring that our business remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and delivery of timely and accurate financial and management accounting information.
* Assistance in financial audits focused on improving business compliance and processes.
* Provision of business-focused analysis, strategic advice, and support across the organisation.
* Experience in project capital expenditure and fixed asset register reconciliations.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification (Degree minimum) in Business or Accounting.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Australian Accounting Standards (A-IFRS).
* High level of computer competency utilising a range of business applications.
* Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
