Job Summary
A leading metals distributor is seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will work 30.4 hours per week and be responsible for managing purchase orders, stock transfers, cycle counts, and assisting the sales team with various duties.
Responsibilities
1. Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
2. Assist in coordinating stock transfers between warehouses.
3. Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
4. Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting.
Requirements
